I had an excellent experience with Sanders Heating & Cooling. Jake came and gave a competitive bid for a new Heat Pump system. He knew the neighborhood because they had installed plenty of systems there before. He explained the heat pump and why he recommended a specific model based on the climate and the square footage. On the day of the install they came in and were very professional. The work was done on time and looked great. The system works well. We are very happy. Highly recommended.

After reaching out to a few places, Jake was quick to respond and visited the day-of our call. We're so glad he did because our furnace was broken and leaking CO, discovered when he assessed the situation. With a snow storm around the corner and an 8 month old baby, Jake understood the urgency; he quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote to replace our furnace, picked up parts and installed everything with his wife to get us back up and running--all within 2 days. Thank you thank you!
Jake and his workers came on time and completely removed my old furnace took it away. They put in a new furnace and an AC unit which we didn’t have. All the work was done quickly (start to finish was less than a day) and they were not really loud. My dog didn’t even notice they were at the house until they needed inside. They left nothing behind. I was shown how to work the thermostat. Great company would recommend to anyone needing a new HVAC system.
